You may return products within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Custom-made items and installations are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.

- Be in the original packaging
- Include all accessories and documentation
- Not be custom-made or personalized items
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-designed installations
- Plants that have been planted or installed
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
- Perishable goods
- Items purchased more than 14 days ago
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Receive return authorization and instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Refunds will not include original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with your order details.
